COVID 19 - Due to travel restrictrions we have had to cancel bookings starting before end of June. If you wish to reserve on a course, the best dates will be after July 17th as it will be more likely that restrictions will be lifted after then. However, please feel confident that a booking is protected by the travel restrictions at the time and a FULL refund will be offered. France is opening up slowly now so we envisage being able to run the courses this summer - watch this space more further info!
From £595 Per Person per week based on sharing a twin room. If you wish to take your own room, a single supplement will apply at £100 per person. If you are a couple, we can offer a discount of 10% providing the booking is one invoice for both of you. A deposit of £180 is due on booking then the balance is due 8 weeks prior to course date. The price includes a transfer from Geneva airport.
On certain dates, we can offer a two week course which is suitable for the candidates with no cooking experience at all and need to learn basics as well as work thorugh a menu. The cost is £995 per person.
If you have experience cooking (even at home) but would like to focus on the chalet hosting to get an understanding of the job, we also offer Online courses which follow the same programme except for the practical side (although homework assignments are given!). This is provided over 20 hours via Skype at a cost of £250. To ascertain your suitability for an online course, a preliminary Skype chat is necessary. You will receive a reference on completion of the course, as well as help with your CV, cover letter and job applications.
