This is a hands-on course where you you will cook and host for a group!  The best experience you could ask for to get you closer to the dream of working in a ski chalet.  Students are already being offered jobs so don't leave it too late! 

You can see from my regular Instagram posts, the students also get to enjoy the fabulous area we live in - Vanoise National Park, hiking, rafting, via ferrata, mountain biking, swimming, paragliding....this is more than just a chalet cooking course.

A Transfer from Geneva to Chalet included in the price.  10% Discount if there are two or more of you.

Chalet Course Prices

From 750 euros Per Person.  The price includes accommodation, tuition, meals on all days and a return transfer from Geneva airport, providing it fits in with the organised one.  Generally we advise arriving before 16h30 on the first day.  If you want to make your own way, there are regular trains to Landry from where I can pick you up but allow enough time to get to the chalet. There must be a minimum of 4 per course to run it - For this reason, as most bookings are individuals, I ask that you delay on booking flights until the course is confirmed.  In the rare event of us cancelling the course, your deposit is fully refunded.  If you are a couple or two friends, we can offer a discount of 10% providing the booking is one invoice for both of you. A deposit of 200 euros per person is due on booking then the balance is due 8 weeks prior to course date.  To make a reservation or enquiry Press the Book Now button and complete the form with your preferred date.  I will then get back to you and send an invoice with details of how to pay the deposit. Two Weeks Course - We do run complete beginner's courses starting with basic techniques and building up to hosting dinner parties in a chalet style enviroment  Price is from 1350 euros.  Please ask if you are interested.  We find that the one week course is so packed and fast moving that it is normally sufficient to secure a chalet hosting job, especially if you have had some experience in hospitality, however everyone is different so this might suit you better.

NOTE: If you are looking at the 12th April course, then there will be time to ski in the afternoons!  

Group Bookings - If you are a group of 4 persons or more and can come together,  please ask for details.  I can open up a week especially to fit in with the group. This also includes staff training at the start of the season in your own chalet.
